How to Set Your Lockbox Code

Your lockbox is preset to 0-0-0-0.

Line up the dials to 0-0-0-0 with the guide line on the lock body.

Pull up on the shackle and rotate it 90° counterclockwise.
PULL 90° CCW

Push the shackle down firmly and rotate it another 180° counterclockwise until it stops on its own.
PUSH 180° CCW

With the shackle locked in place, turn the dials to your new code.

Rotate the shackle clockwise back to the front — it will pop up on its own. Your lock is now set!
CW SET!

Test it: scramble the dials, enter your new code, and pull the shackle to make sure it opens.

This is the combination you just set on the physical lockbox. We'll share it with your sitter so they can access the box.
