How to Set Your Lockbox Code

Your lockbox is preset to 0-0-0-0.

Watch the video or follow the steps below.

Line up the dials to the default code 0-0-0-0, aligned with the guideline on the lock body.

Pull up on the shackle and rotate it 90° counterclockwise until the bump aligns with the notch.
PULL 90° CCW

Press the shackle down and continue rotating counterclockwise until it stops on its own (about another 90°). Hold it down.
PUSH ~90° CCW

With the shackle held down, set your desired 4-digit code aligned with the guideline.

Turn the shackle clockwise back to the start — it pops up on its own. Close it and scramble the dials to lock.
CW SET!

Verify: scramble the dials, re-enter your new code, and pull the shackle to confirm it opens.

This is the combination you just set on the physical lockbox. We'll share it with your sitter so they can access the box.
